A los personajes los vemos sufrir todo tipo de calamidades producidas por la meteorología, pero no sufrimos con ellos. Las interpretaciones son aceptables, Ed Harris como siempre perfecto, a Colin Farrell, el doblaje al español le resta dramatismo, en cuanto al protagonista Jim Sturgess consigue cierta simpatía con el... buena pelicula, y mas abiendo que es basado en una historia real, hay algunas cosas que no se narran, ejemplo de donde aparece la mujer en todo la trama.
