In Lab 2 it would start there and move into advanced threat signatures, tuning, or other advanced technologies. I have found throughout multiple vendor's materials that custom signatures is a big IPS focus, for whatever that is worth. The reader will also face advanced feature requirements of the WSA, ISE, Firewalls, and VPNs. This section is the bread and butter of passing the lab in my opinion, for without these points you simply cannot succeed. Of course the foundation is important, but that should be a generally accepted fact at this point! Part IV: Appendices This is broken up into a few separate appendices. First one covers basics of zeroing the devices and initializing them. Second one covers details around studying for a CCIE and how the written and lab exam work – from a candidate experience perspective. Third appendix provides example test questions for the written exam. Summary The speed, confidence and competency developed via the process of studying for the lab is crucial to success.
In case the audience doesn't get it, the play at Stamford Theater Works makes the symbolic reference over and over. But not as often as Ms. Rebeck has Georgie, a discombobulated Latin American woman, spew forth expletives. "I wouldn't swear if I was you, " she announces to Andrew, her scholarly mentor who, in a burst of altruism and hormonal sublimation, has saved her from a life of promiscuity as a member of the underclass, gets her to read Homer and has his best friend Edward, a smarmy lawyer, hire and train Georgie as a legal secretary. And in case the audience doesn't figure out that "Spike Heels" is a contemporary, multicultural "Pygmalion" knockoff, don't worry; one is bopped over the head with that allusion, too, and with point after counterpoint about male manipulativeness. There is more he says-she says attitudinizing here than an organized forum on the gender wars can accommodate, but hardly enough wit, balance, sense of craft or coherence to sustain a play. What "Spike Heels" has going for it, for a time, is the quality of reversal.
